Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Off peak shorter stays would be considered. Discounts are available during off peak rentals (Oct-April) over 2 weeks.
Changeover day is normally Saturday in peak periods but flexible to suit at other times.
If pool heating is required, usually only from November to April, it is charged at £70 per week in 2010, purely to cover costs
