The huge master suite is on the first floor, has a large double bed, is beautifully furnished and has a built-in wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables. There are two sets of patio doors leading to  an open terrace, which has breathtaking panoramic views of sea, Las Fuentes Marina, Alcossebre and the Sierra d'Irta national park and benefits from the sun all day long. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed. It is well furnished with two built-in wardrobes, two bedside tables and has views over the private gardens to the sea. The third bedroom also on the ground floor, has two single beds, two built-in wardrobes and bedside table. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

There are two beautiful large bathrooms, both fully tiled and fully fitted. One is on the first floor and is an ensuite to the master bedroom with bath and shower over, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin, toilet, medicine cupboard and shelf. The second is a family bathroom on the ground floor with bath and shower over, toilet, bidet, wash hand basin, medicine cupboard and shelf.

The villa has a large, separate fully fitted kitchen with archway into the lounge over a marble breakfast bar. The kitchen has a window with fantastic views. The lounge has two leather sofas, occasional table and TV with DVD player and both English and Spanish satellite. The lounge has two double glazed patio doors leading out to a large, covered terrace with furniture. This is ideal for alfresco dining and boasts beautiful views over the private pool and out across the villages of Las Fuentes and Alcossebre and the marina to the sea beyond. The dining area has a beautiful wooden table and chairs with setting for 6.

Ceiling fans and the natural airflow of this property make even the summer nights bearable without the need for air-conditioning.  Central heating is available for the winter months.

Our villa has a private heated pool set in its own colourful, landscaped gardens. Pool heating is available at an additional cost based purely on oil usage. There is an outdoor shower with sunloungers and pool furniture. The villa is unsuitable for wheelchair access. No pets and no smoking in the property please.
